The Agriturismo Primo Bacio lies dreamily in the town of Gazzelli, which appears to have stayed in the middle ages, surrounded by it vineyards and olive groves. Time really appears to have stopped here. The first kiss, the translation of the house name, was recently renovated, and was furnished in a typical ligurian and appealing style with pine furniture. In the Vigna at the entrance of the village is the sunning area for Primo Bacio guests, with a grill. Olive oil and wine can be acquired directly from the resident Agricoltori(farmers).

The ancient town of Chiusanico lies on a ridge, where oak and chestnut woods alternate with hills covered with olive groves. According to a tradition that is corroborated by some researchers, this was the birthplace of Christopher Columbus, although there is no general agreement among historians.

Picturesque mountain town nestled in between vineyards and olive groves. In Gazzelli is a wonderful "Visitation", who was painted by Domenico Piola. She was originally painted for the pilgrimage church Madonna degli Angeli, which lies somewhat isolated south of the town, but is now to be seen in the church San Andrea.
